Rosneft hеld an Investor Day with the participation of Company’s CEO in London on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 and series of investor meetings in New York on Thursday, April 25, 2013.

As part of working trips to Great Britain and the USA on April 23-26, 2013 Igor Sechin, Rosneft President and Chairman of the Management Board, visited GE production facility of offshore and subsea solutions in Aberdeen (UK) and GE’s Global Research Center in Niskayuna (USA).

On the 22th of April Igor Sechin, Rosneft President, Chairman of the Management Board, held a working meeting with Zhantoro Satybaldyev, Kirghiz Prime Minister. The parties discussed a wide range of issues concerning bilateral cooperation between Rosneft and the Republic of Kirgizia.

The Novokuibyshevsk Oils and Additives Plant, a Rosneft subsidiary, has begun producing marine lubricants under the Castrol brand, and the first batch of Cyltech lubricant has already been shipped by rail to Russian customers.

Recoverable reserves of Suzunskoye field increased almost 15% reaching 44.9 mln tonnes of oil. Revaluation was conducted after drilling of an additional well, which gave flow rate of 281 tonnes per day.

Igor Sechin, Rosneft President and Chairman of the Management Board, made a working trip to Sakhalin Region. During the visit to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Igor Sechin together with other Rosneft managers as well as managers from ExxonMobil Development, STX and United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) took part in the video conference held by Russian President Vladimir Putin from the city of Ulan-Ude.

Rosneft is a partner of the largest international industrial expo “Hanover Messe 2013”, which takes place in Hanover on April 8-12. The theme of the expo is “Integrated industry”, and it gives the participants an opportunity to demonstrate new ways in production development and speed up the process of hi-end technologies implementation. Russian exhibition stand is presented within the framework of the project “Russia as a partner country”.
