History

JSC RN-Nyaganneftegaz produces minerals at the Krasnoleninskoye field group (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District).

Today, JSC RN-Nyaganneftegaz owns licenses for the development of the Krasnoleninsky group, which includes: Talinskaya site (developed since 1981), Yem-Yeghovskaya site (developed since 1980) and the western part of the Kamenny site (developed since 1992).

JSC RN-Nyaganneftegaz has the largest (in West Siberia) residual oil reserves, most of which belong to the category of hard-to-recover reserves. 

JSC RN-Nyaganneftegaz has certified its occupational safety (OHSAS 18001), quality management (ISO 9001), and environmental management (ISO 14001) systems according to the international standards. In addition, in May 2006, the company's quality management system was recognized as compliant with ISO/TU 29001:2003, which contains additional requirements for ISO 9001:2000, specifically designed for the petroleum, petrochemical and gas industries.

JSC RN-Nyaganneftegaz takes great care to preserve the life and health of its employees, conducts environmental protection activities in accordance with the state requirements and the terms of license agreements, and strives to minimize the man-made burden on the environment.

In 2007-2008, the company acquired four licensed sites in the Timan-Pechora oil and gas province - East Vorgamusyursky (Nenetsky AD), Berganty-Mylsky (Nenetsky AD), Rogovskoy (Nenetsky AD) and Site No. 2 of the Chernyshev Ridge and the Khoreyverskoi Depression (Komi Republic).
