AO RN-Nyaganneftegaz is a Rosneft Group Subsidiary. The Subsidiary holds licenses for subsoil use within the Krasnoleninskoye field complex (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra), which includes the Yem-Yegovskiy and Kamenny (western part) license areas. The Subsidiary has been operating in the Krasnoleninskoye field complex since 1982. Since 2017, the Subsidiary has been the operator of geological exploration works at the Nazymskiy license area located in the Lyaminskiy district (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra), the subsoil resource user of which is Rosneft.
AO RN-Nyaganneftegaz sets high standards in occupational health and safety. The Subsidiary is certified according to international standards of health and safety management system (ISO 45001) and environmental management system (ISO 14001). In 2021, within the framework of a unified certification process with Rosneft Oil Company, the Subsidiary obtained certificates of compliance with the requirements of international standards for health and safety management systems and environmental management systems, and received the certificates of compliance.
The most important priorities in the operations of AO RN-Nyaganneftegaz are preserving life and health, ensuring safe working conditions and protecting the environment. AO RN-Nyaganneftegaz conducts environmental protection activities in accordance with state requirements and the terms of license agreements. The Subsidiary aims to achieve leading positions in the field of environmental friendliness of production and minimization of environmental impact. Thus, during the summer period of 2022, RN-Nyaganneftegaz released more than 1.6 million fry of a valuable fish species - muksun - into the water bodies of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra. Artificial fish stocking of Russian water bodies is carried out as part of Rosneft's strategic objectives in the field of environmental protection, which include a set of measures to protect ecosystems and biodiversity and restore natural resources.
RN-Nyaganneftegaz also implements reforestation programs. In 2022, the Subsidiary planted about 1.4 million saplings of common pine (Pinus sylvestris) on an area of 365 hectares.
AO RN-Nyaganneftegaz is a socially oriented enterprise. This is confirmed by programs for improvement of working and living conditions at the production facilities, personnel health improvement and recreation, development of physical training and sports for employees and their families, programs for improvement of housing conditions, educational loans, non-state pension provision for retired employees.
Every year, students of various educational institutions undergo practical training at the Subsidiary's facilities. Cooperation agreements have been concluded with Yugorsk State University and Tyumen Industrial University.
Annually, within the framework of donation agreements, charitable assistance is provided to municipalities of Nyagan city and Oktyabrsky district.
